Order Confirmation Process:

1. After the order is placed and paid in full, we will contact you within 1 working day.

2. Customers are allowed to make one change only, Free of Charge, according to the layout provided by us.  A HK$ 10 handling fee will be charged for each additional change required.  Please allow 2 working days for each modification.

3. Please verify the content and layout carefully upon receiving the final layout.  Once the layout is confirmed by the customers, changes and cancellations will not be allowed. We will prepare the product shipment and notify customers to pick up the product within 3 working days.

4. During the holiday seasons the above order process may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and will re-confirm the product shipment date or product pick-up days with you separately.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Current orders support English messages only. Customers may enter the messages with a restriction under two lines at most. Each line should include no more than 8 characters (spaces included).

2. The font style is “Adelia”.  Each engraving may appear to vary depending on the selected product’s material and finishing. Customers may refer to the pictures provided on this page as a reference for font style and color effect.

3. We currently can only support messages that contain one uppercase letter with the remaining letters lowercase combination. (e.g. Gourmet Kitchen), all lowercase letters (e.g. gourmet kitchen), numerical numbers, or general keyboard symbols (e.g. gourmet 123?!). Unfortunately, we do not support all uppercase letters in your messages. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us.

4. The engraving position is pre-set on the opposite side of the selected product logo (please refer to the picture in each product information). Please indicate any special instructions when you place an order and clarify with us again upon your layout confirmation.

5. Each personalization is unique and handcrafted.  There may be slight variances in each engraving's position, color, and effect.

6. Returns or exchanges are not allowed for any personalized products, the product warranty clause applies to product malfunction issues only.  

7. Gourmet Kitchen aims to share our sincere thoughts, positive spirit, and healthy energy with our customers. Messages must not contain bad consciousness, violence, obscene and politically related materials or meanings. The company reserves the final right to request changes to the content or to reject the order as such.

Any order cancellation and refund under this circumstance will be subjected to a 5% handling fee from the total order amount and will be automatically deducted from the order refund. Any order refund will be processed within 5 working days.

8. In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of the final decision and will not be liable for any customers claims except those under the company product warranty
